General Rules
All guests must respect the property and other guests. The maximum occupancy per villa is 8 guests. Any additional guests must be approved in advance.
Please treat the villa and its furnishings with care. Any damage or loss will be charged to the guest.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down during these times to respect neighbors and other guests.
Outdoor areas, including pools and terraces, should be used quietly during quiet hours.
Smoking Policy
All villas are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas away from the building.
Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly in designated receptacles.
Pets
Pets are not permitted without prior approval. Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring a pet.
If approved, pets must be kept under control at all times and are not allowed in pools or on furniture.
Pool & Outdoor Areas
Pool use is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times when using pools or jacuzzis.
Please follow pool safety guidelines and use outdoor furniture responsibly.
Pool hours may be restricted during quiet hours.
Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay. Please report any issues immediately.
The villa owner is not liable for personal injury or loss of personal belongings. Guests use facilities at their own risk.
